STANDARD SERVICE

NAUI’s choice of standard service will be used and published rates will be charged. Allow up to 14 days for delivery.

US MAIL

If you choose US Mail for product orders, please note that US Mail is not traceable, and NAUI is not responsible for losses. Please call for insurance rates. Allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.

PREMIUM SERVICE

For all orders that require expedited shipping, your order must be placed by noon (Eastern Standard Time) to make sure it ships the same day as ordered.  All other premium services will be charged at the published rate.

OUTSIDE THE 48 CONTIGUOUS STATES

Actual shipping fees will be charged for each order. Your order will be shipped most secure economical way. Select premium service if needed. Two and three day deliveries are not available in all areas, please check with your local carriers. *Please Note: All oversized orders will be charged additional fees as set by the shipping carriers.

SHIPPING TO INTERNATIONAL ADDRESSES

Restrictions may apply on shipping to certain international locations. Customs declarations will indicate the full value of the order in US dollars. International customers are responsible for paying all duties, customs charges, taxes and/or tariffs on the merchandise when the package arrives. DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

We guarantee that all products are shipped in good condition. If damage occurs during shipment, preserve the case, packing, and contents in condition as received and file a claim with the transportation company. Contact Customer Service within 10 days.

MISSING MERCHANDISE

Upon receipt of order, check items against packing list and report any missing items to NAUI within 48 hours of receipt.

RETURNING MERCHANDISE*

Returned merchandise is subject to a 25% restocking fee. To receive credit, materials must be returned freight-prepaid within 30 days of invoice date in saleable condition with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Contact Customer Service for an RMA number and reference it on all boxes and correspondence. Materials returned without an RMA number or after 30 days of invoice will be subject to a 35% restocking fee. A 35% restocking fee, plus all shipping and storage charges, will be charged for any refused COD, or if the carrier is unable to deliver the order.

*Custom orders and items with personalization are non-refundable and non-returnable, except for obvious defect. Once activated, all digital products are non-refundable.
